Account Registration
The registration form allows the applicant to apply to register an account with ELTO.
Please ensure that all required fields have been completed correctly before submission.
Acknowledgement
A registration reference number will be displayed on screen and an email will be sent to the Key Account User email address acknowledging your application.
Outcomes
Three outcomes of the registration application can occur, approved,
revise or rejected. An email will be sent to the Key Account User email address advising the applicant of the outcome.
Fields Requested
Please complete all mandatory fields, indicated by an asterisk *. Registration cannot proceed without these fields.
Address Search
Enter the postcode and select Address Search, this will present address options to populate the address field.
Organisation Type
Selecting an option from the organisation type menu may automatically present additional fields relevant to the organisation type selected.
Key Account User(KAU)
Ensure that the Key Account User details are correct.
Errors
Detectable errors when completing the form will be highlighted for correction.
